www.dmcantor.com Arizona recently passed a new fireworks bill into law allowing so-called "consumer grade" fireworks to be sold beginning Dec. 1. This would allow Arizona citizens the ability to purchase sparklers. The new law still does not permit the use or sale of Roman candles or other fireworks intended to rise into the air. David M Cantor, Phoenix DUI Lawyer, points out that the fireworks industry has come together on their own to work with cities that have not yet planned how sales of fireworks will be regulated. This is a notable instance of businesses self regulating themselves to help put the community in a comfortable situation.
